this reminds me of some of my first raves in The City...Richard Bartz must have had a big impact on my musical outlook incidentally. i just posted this track i made back in 2007 called "2 stekp 04" and one of the guys made this comment that i had no self knowledge because i stated my track was "way ahead of its time (because it was old school)"...then somebody else said it reminded him of Bartz...that may be the case, but i am not really too bent on being a genre whore, or trying to follow what some people may perceive as being the cutting edge, but i'll i admit i like dub step a lot (Noah D first introduced me to that in Portland), so that's definitely influenced me too...i just make it when i make it...its true i am still trying to digest Bartz music, its subconsciously affective and quite deep. check it out! self knowledge, heh...
